The Young Women's Leadership Academy fosters a culture of safety, cooperation, and sisterhood which allows students to express themselves, try new things without fear of disapproval, and experience growth in a positive environment. This effort is a dynamic component of our campus culture, constantly evolving and responding to both requirements and student responses. As we continue to foster a positive school climate, we have chosen to add an anonymous reporting link to our school website to propagate the desired environment of security and well-being while also promoting David's Law*.
Students can use this form to report bullying or cyber-bullying that may be influencing their experience at YWLA. This form may also be used to report other areas of concern involving other students (e.g. incidents of cheating or plagiarism). Reports can be anonymous, but providing administration with the name of the reporting person allows for a more thorough investigation.
