It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Set up your student’s device at home. If you need a device or hotspot, give us a call at 210-438-6580.

2. Have your student log in to ClassLink with their SAISD username and password by visiting or clicking on the image below. This is also known as the SAISD Single Sign-On (SSO). This is where we have Canvas and all our digital learning resources. If your student has been enrolled in SAISD before, this is the same information they have used to log in. If you don’t know your student’s username and password, call us at 210-438-6580.

3. From the ClassLink homepage, click on the Canvas icon to view and manage class information.

For trainings and resources on Canvas, visit If the Canvas icon does not appear when your student logs in to ClassLink, call the Technology Help Desk at (210) 244-2929 for support.

Meal Distribution During Virtual Instruction

• Parents may pick up meals without a child present, but must bring one of the following items: Student ID number, Student ID card, or an official letter/email from the school listing the child enrolled at an SAISD campus. Visit for more information.

Distribución de comidas durante la instrucción virtual

Week in and week out, the San Antonio Food Bank is helping those in their season of need across 16 counties of southwest Texas. The arrival of the coronavirus has brought a new season of need for many, and the Food Bank is ramping up additional service to meet that additional need.

Care for seniors, perhaps the most vulnerable population during this outbreak:

  • Supplying City of San Antonio’s senior centers with food boxes and supplies.
  • Adding extra food, supplies to the 10,000+ seniors who receive a Project HOPE box each month.
  • Adding extra food, supplies to the 500 homebound seniors who receive a home-delivered box.

Care for children out of school:

  • Medical and grocery distributions
  • Food Bank service navigators available for calls or to support families with children who need food and other support, 210-431-8326, or visit the Food Bank’s website to request help
  • PreK4SA: food and supply distributions at each Center for families.

Care for college/university students out of school:

  • Ensuring college-based food pantries are stocked for the extended closure.

Care for working individuals who are facing a loss of work hours due to business cut-backs:

  • Assisting displaced workers with additional food, supplies, and other services as needed. For assistance call 210-431-8326.

Care for individuals visiting a food pantry/distribution:

  • Recommending best practices to partner agencies for food distributions to include a drive-thru, grab-n-go model to minimize congregating and emphasize “no contact.”
  • Revised eligibility and documentation policies to supporting a “no contact” distribution model
  • Supplying extra product and supplies to pantries able to be open during the virus response effort

Internet Access

Spectrum: May qualify for 2 months of free Wi-Fi services to households with Pre-K through 12 and/or college students affected by this virus. Contact the Student Remote Learning Internet Offer at 1-855- 243-8892

Comcast: May qualify for Internet Essentials Program if you are eligible for public assistance programs such as the National School Lunch Program, Housing Assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI and others and do not have outstanding debt to Comcast less than a year old, live in an area where Comcast Internet service is available, etc. Apply on line for Internet Essentials Program and possibly receive 2 free months.

AT&T: Offering low-cost wireline home Internet service with at least one resident who participates in the SNAP, in A&T 21 state service area, etc. Apply on line at:!/
