About Me
I am a graduate of the National Defense University (The Senior Service College), Washington D. C. with a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy. I also hold a Master of Science in General Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. I served more than 24 years in the United States Army before I retired with my last assignment in the Pentagon.
I have been teaching JROTC for twelve years, a subject I have a great passion for since I was a cadet at Elbert. B. Furr High School in Houston, Texas. My most proudest moments have always been my student/cadets' achievements.
How to Succeed in JROTC
Come to class with an open mind, be respectful as you demonstrate good Citizenship and Leadership skills, be curious to learn, be prepared to be challenged, and want to have fun being a team player in order to get the most out of our time together.
