Hello, my name is Sandra Ybarra. I am a first grade teacher here at Mission Academy. I have been teaching first grade since joining the Mission team in 2009. I have a degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master's in Reading degree from Texas A&M San Antonio.

I am a native of San Antonio and attended all SAISD schools. My husband and I have been married for 33 years and we have 4 adult children and 1 dog.

First Grade Schedule

Breakfast - 8:00- 8:15

Math Intervention - 8:15 - 8:45

Math - 8:45 - 9:00

PE / Music / Theatre- 9:00 - 9:45

Math - 9:45 - 10:35

Recess - 10:35 -10:50

Lunch - 10:50 - 11:20

Math -11:20 - 11:35

Reading - 11: 35 - 1:35

Reading Intervention - 1:35 - 2:05
