SAISD SPOTLIGHT: SAISD senior Aneesa Moreno scores QuestBridge scholarship gold
Aneesa Moreno is a senior at CAST Med High School who earned a lifechanging honor from the QuestBridge National College Match program this academic year. Moreno received a full-ride scholarship by matching with Colorado College in Colorado Springs. CAST Med helped prepare her for a variety of medical professions with pathways in healthcare and biomedical sciences and options to earn industry-recognized certifications, such as Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, Biotechnician Assistant, and more. CAST Med is the only medically-focused, dual-language high school in south San Antonio. Moreno’s goal is to become a pathologist or physical therapist. The senior credits CAST Med with being the biggest reason that she has the opportunity to pursue that dream.
*Call to set up a time to meet Aneesa Moreno to listen to her story of how her dream is coming to life.
