My name is Dr. Ebenezer Adu-Gyamfi (last name pronounced adujemfi) but you can call me Dr. A.G. I am excited to be your teacher for English IV and Theory of Knowledge Year 1. I had my bachelor’s in English and French at KNUST (Ghana), and received my master's and doctoral degrees from Baylor University’s Truett Theological Seminary. I have taught French, SAT (English), GRE (English) and TOEFL for over 5 years. My family and I hail from the beautiful, welcoming nation of Ghana (West Africa). I love to learn and teach. Fun fact: I speak three languages (Akan, English and French). I also have basic knowledge in Spanish so “no dudes en saludarme en Espagnol.

In my spare time, I like to watch sports or listen to music. I am passionate about guiding the hearts and minds of young people to be productive members of society. I consider teaching as investment in people, and I am thrilled to do this noble work at Burbank.
