Greetings Maverick Dragons!  My name is Georgina "Coach" Peña.  I am thrilled to be starting my third year at Maverick.  I have a 24 year old son who is my life.  We love doing everything together; we even walked the stage together at Texas A&M here in San Antonio in 2021!  I've played sports since age 4 and although I'm a little older, I still try to play when I can.  I love watching my students grow and excel in PE.  I try to go to as many of their games, concerts, recitals, etc. outside of school as possible.  So feel free to send me their schedule and I'll do my best to attend.  My door is always open so drop me a line anytime!
