Greetings, all!
My name is Kelli Hurlburt, and I teach English IV and College Bridge at Luther Burbank. I am SO excited for an exciting and memorable year with you all, and cannot wait to become a part of this campus and community.
I recently moved to San Antonio from Las Cruces, NM, and was a teacher in Hatch, NM for the last five years (green all the way-if you know, you know). I am a Colorado native and moved to New Mexico for college (NMSU), where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education. This summer, I completed my MBA from New Mexico State University as well.
In my free time, I cherish spending time with family/friends, enjoying outdoor activities, and exploring new places.
I have a passion for educating students, and wholeheartedly believe every individual deserves a positive and welcoming space to gain relevant transferable skills to their lives, and to those around them.
