I love teaching 4th grade and have been teaching at Smith for four years. This will be my 5th year with the district. I even completed my student teaching here at Smith Elementary. I love working here at Smith and enjoy our community. I love watching our students grow and become lifelong learners.
I was born and raised here in San Antonio, TX and graduated from Tom C. Clark high school. I went on to attend Northwest Vista College where I received my Associates in the Science of Teaching. I continued with my education at the University of Texas at San Antonio where I graduated with my B.A. with my certification in Early Childhood through 6th grade.
4th Grade Team Vision:
In fourth grade, our students exhibit a positive mindset, never give up on their learning, take risks and think critically to solve problems so that they become successful lifelong learners.
