Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! This year I will be teaching 2nd grade here at Kate Schenck . I want to welcome all my parents and students to a new school year. We are going to have fun learning this year! 

I am so excited to kick off my 9th year of teaching here at Kate Schenck. I believe that every student is able to learn at different levels through engaging lessons and setting a high expectations in the classroom. It is my goal that every student leaves my class with strong skills to be prepared for 3rd grade.  In 2019, I graduate with my Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from Texas A&M San Antonio. My hopes are to one day become a school counselor who will focus on the educational, personal, and social needs of our students in SAISD.
