Ms. Wyatt was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas so it’s no surprise that her favorite food is cheese enchiladas, her favorite holiday is Fiesta and her favorite team is the San Antonio Spurs.
Ms. Wyatt attended Trinity University for her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. Then she continued her studies one more year at Trinity earning her Master of Arts in Teaching in preparation for her own classroom.
This is Ms. Wyatt’s 5th year teaching, having spent her first year in 2nd grade and the remaining 4 years in Kindergarten here at Lamar. Not only has teaching Kindergarten become her favorite age to work with, but she is also extremely honored to work at a school as amazing as Lamar. Every person at Lamar, from administration to custodial staff, puts kids as the top priority, and Ms. Wyatt is thrilled to grow her practice in such a happy and supportive place.
