FACE Specialist offers family trainings focused on ways to support your child academically, mental health and ways to be a volunteer on our campus. FACE department has resources from our district, community, city and state to help with support from parenting classes, rental & utility assistance along with food bank locations and other free/reduced rate help. Hello Families...

My name is Ms. Jackie Galvan Vasquez. I am the Music Teacher at Will Rogers and each class meets once a week. In Elementary Music class your child will experience music through movement, singing, dancing, rhythmic and vocal exploration.

Ms. Johnson

I was born in Port Lavaca, Texas in 1983 and grew up in Victoria, Texas both located next to the gulf coast. She graduated high school in 2002 and attended college in San Marcos, Texas at Texas State University where she received her B.F.A in Art Education in 2011. She is certified early childhood through 12th grade in Art and early childhood through 6th in general education. Ms. Johnson has high expectations for every one of her students and one of her goals is to make each student a lifelong learner and a productive, contributing member of society through building rapport and sharing her love of education.

We have three coaches on our awesome team, Coach Maxwell, Coach Garcia and Coach H. Our priority is to make sure that our students understand the importance of physical, mental and emotional health. In our classroom you will participate and have access to various exercises, fun activities and health tips. Looking forward to interacting with you and the rest of our Will Rogers Family.

At Will Rogers Academy our mission on campus is to promote athletic participation, excellence in academics and development of personal character traits. To achieve this goal, the expectations of all student athletes is to abide by SAISD Athletic Handbook and pursue victory with honor. All coaches will encourage and inspire all athletes in their pursuit of sportsmanship, leadership and teamwork. A unified commitment by all participants in the athletics on campus of Will Rogers will provide champions of character for today and leaders for the future.
