I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself!

My name is Sarah Bishop, and I was born and raised in south Texas. I grew up in Seguin, went to college in north Texas (University of North Texas, Go Eagles, Go Mean Green!!), and moved back down to south Texas to be near my family, (and start my own!) My husband and I have two kiddos of our own, not to mention all of our school-kiddos...did I mention he teaches as well? We are a silly bunch and I wouldn't have it any other way!

This is my tenth year in education and I have spent all but this year in Early Childhood here at Kate Schenck Elementary! I love my job and I love my kids!  This year I have been blessed to be a part of the Kindergarten team here at Schenck! I am so excited to grow in my educational career this year!

I teach because I want to do the right thing for our kids and I want to do the right thing for their futures. I strive every day to ensure that all kids have a voice and the tools they need to succeed in and out of the classroom.
