Greetings!

My name is Dalton Foster and I teach 6th grade Social Studies at the Advanced Learning Academy. 2023 marks my 7th year at ALA and with the district! I love to create learning opportunities that provide my students with the chance to think critically about the world around them and see themselves in their learning. I believe that the voices of the youth must be lifted to better shape our future!

When I'm not in the classroom, I love to be outdoors; I like to go off roading in my Jeep, hike, look for fossils, arrowheads and artifacts, and camp. I'm a huge nerd and enjoy building Lego, as well as watching all things Marvel and Star Wars. I'm into a few sports; I regularly attend San Antonio FC matches, and also like to watch the Astros, and hockey!
