Hi!!!! My name is Kristin St.Pierre and I am a Pre-K teacher here at Lamar. I have worked as a Pre-K teacher with SAISD for 13 years and in private school Pre-K before that. I was born and raised in Ketchikan Alaska, went to college at the University of Idaho and moved to San Antonio in 1998. I am married and have three children; a son who is a freshman at A&M College Station, a son in 5th grade and a daughter in 2nd grade. I also have a chihuahua (Cooper) a cat (Barbie) and love plants and my saltwater fish tank. I am Happy to be here at Lamar with teachers who share a love, dedication and excitement in helping children learn. I think that it is important to create an inspiring learning environment in which students feel safe and secure. Students must have access to hands on activities it is the process rather than the product that is important.
