Welcome to Carroll Early Childhood Education Center. I am honored to serve as your principal and instructional leader for your school. I have been in education for 15 years serving as a teacher for 8 years at Miller Elementary. This will be my 6th year as principal at Carroll ECE.
At Carroll ECE our staff works to create an environment where you and your child feel welcome, accepted, and respected. We provide creative and flexible learning spaces in an effort to educate your child. These spaces include a vegetable garden, yoga room, a science lab, and a mud kitchen. We have interactive learning walls so the children have freedom to move their hands and touch their surroundings. Children sing when they are walking down the hallways. It is a happy and nurturing environment. Every detail of the school environment focuses on the development of your child, since the early years are the most important foundation for their academic success. . We will continue educating the whole child offering Carroll Quality.
Throughout the year we will have different activities for you and your child to participate in. These include, Literacy Fairs, Grandparent’s Day, Open Classroom, Career Day, and Art Week. The doors open at 7:00 a.m. and the bell rings at 7:30. Drop off for our Pre- K students will be available on Schumacher Street. Drop off for kindergarten thru 2nd grade students will be available in the front of the E Building located on Holmgreen St
We look forward to an exciting 2019-2020 school year. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
