Welcome to my teacher page at Highlands High School--I'm glad you found me!

Mrs. Liliana Botello Barron, Graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2007 with a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics with a Teaching Certificate.  She has been teaching math at Highlands High School since August of 2014. 

She has taught Dual Enrollment OnRamps Precalcus, Pre-AP PreCalculus, PreCalculus, Geometry, Algebra I and Math Intervention.   This year she is teaching two sections of Dual Enrollment OnRamps Precalcus and four sections of Geometry and she is one of the sponsors for the Academic Decathlon team and SAWS impact team.

Since schools have been closed for the time being, we are working hard to move as much of the instruction as we can to online formats so that you can be prepared upon return to school.

We will use Google Classroom for Geometry classes and Canvas for OnRamps PreCalculus classes to send out assignments and resources.  As of right now, we will be providing "LIVE" Zoom classes  once a week per content. (please see below for full calendar). You will be responsible for your own assignments on your own time. Grades will reflect the work that is turned in.
