Class of 2018 SENIORS...

What should you be doing?

  • Visit your Valero College & Career Go Center Weekly
  • Complete your APPLY TEXAS Application and begin applying to colleges/universities, every Tuesday in your CCRCG from 4:15-5:00 is APLLY TEXAS TUESDAY
  • Complete your FAFSA/TASFA now! Please stop by the CCRGC on Tuesday/Thursday to create your FSA ID and meet with Project Stay Representative, Mrs. Medina or Financial Aid Advisor, Mrs. Luna
  • Make sure that you have a completed assigned tasks in your Naviance Account
  • Study for SAT/ACT, see Ms. H for additional study opportunities
  • Register to take your TSI in the library with Mr. Durate, Campus Testing Coordinator
  • Reminder you must have an updated Bacterial Meningitis Vaccine, if you do not have private insurance the mobile clinic will be on site here at Highlands on Monday December 04 & Monday December 20, pick up your packet in the CCRGC


 

OCTOBER 1ST FAFSA Kick-Off

ATTENTION SENIORS!!! The FAFSA is important...very important! Every day you put off completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid(FAFSA) could cost you money for college. 

To be eligible for federal and state aid and certain grants and scholarships, you must complete the FAFSA as soon as possible beginning October 1st of your senior year.

Come to the Highlands GO Center beginning October 1st to complete your FAFSA. You can send your FAFSA to 10 Colleges.

Seniors don't wait...the early bird gets the MONEY $$$$$!
