BHP Familia , I wanted to share that I will be starting medical leave next week and will be out for a few weeks. In my absence, our wonderful Assistant Principal Ms. Rodriguez, Counselor Ms. Lanford, and Ms. Vasquez, a retired principal with 33 years of experience, will be supporting our school. Thank you for your continued love and support for our BHP community. Please know that you’ll be in my thoughts, and I look forward to seeing everyone soon! With warm regards, Ms. Hidalgo

Hi families,
Get ready to spread the word (and maybe grab some delicious chicken!) because we're hosting a fun community fundraiser for Dragons Give!

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, October 15th, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Raising Cane's on St. Cloud.

Here's the Scoop:
Stop by Raising Cane's on October 15th between 4–9 PM.
Order all your favorites!
This is the most important part: When you pay, you MUST tell the cashier, "I am a dragon at Cotton Academy." OR apply the code RCFUND96 to your online or app order.
That's it! When customers say that magic phrase, 15% of their total purchase will be donated back to the Dragons Give initiative to help us purchase turkeys and fixings for our Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner Giveaway.

Help Us Have a HUGE Turnout!
We need your help to make this event a massive success.
Thank you for your continuous support!

🚗 Morning Drop-Off Reminders: Help Keep the Car Line Moving! 🚗

Dear Parents & Guardians,

To ensure a safe and efficient morning drop-off for all students, please review the following important reminders:

Stay in Your Vehicle:
Please remain in your car during drop-off. Our staff is available to assist if your child needs help.

Have Backpacks & Belongings Ready:
Ensure your child has their backpack, lunch, and any other items in hand before you reach the drop-off zone.

Unbuckle Early:
As you approach the drop-off area, please have your child unbuckled and ready to exit as soon as the car stops.

Put Electronics Away:
Students should put away phones, tablets, and other electronics before exiting the car so they are ready to transition into the school day.

No Parking in the Drop-Off Lane:
If you need to park and walk your child in, please use a designated parking space and the crosswalk.

Keep the Line Moving:
Please do not stop and wait to watch your child walk all the way inside the gym. Once your child has exited the car safely, pull away promptly so the next vehicles may unload.

Your cooperation helps ensure every student has a safe and positive start to their day. Thank you for helping us keep our school community running smoothly!
