Book Checkout
Students can check out up to 3 books at a time.  Student taking advanced DC, AP, or IB courses may be able to check out more books as needed for research.

Search the library catalog (you will need to choose Burbank in the dropdown menu at the top to limit results to the Burbank library).

Library Visits
Students can pick up a pass to visit the library before school or during lunch in advance.  Once a student visits the library at least 5 times, they can request a library card that will be a permanent pass.  During the school day, students must come with a pass from a teacher.

Technology
Students will be assigned a Chromebook and are expected to bring it to school daily.  Students that have lost or damaged devices must clear that issue with the librarian before a second device will be checked out.  The district has a new policy in which after the first device, they will be charged incremental fees for additional damaged devices.  Students will also be charged $15 for lost chargers.

Home Internet
If student does not have Internet access at home, a parent may request a home router and/or apply for free or reduced Internet.  Contact the librarian, Mrs. De Waelsche, for more information.
