Dress Code Updates

SAISD and Woodlawn Academy have updated their dress code for the 2021-2022 school year.

Woodlawn Academy will continue with the red polo style shirt for elementary students and the black polo style shirt for middle school students.  Students may wear khaki pants, black pants or blue jean bottoms.  Blue jeans are allowed as long as they do not have any rips, holes or tears in them.

All skirts, shorts and skorts must be no shorter than three (3) inches above the knee.

 Covid Vaccine Registration and Consent Forms are now available for students 12 and older.  Please follow the link to get more information and register you child/children for this important vaccine.

Quick Registration English

Once you complete your Quick Form, you can email it to rmorales5@saisd.net, send it to school with your student or drop it off at the office.

To provide proof of residency, we require a current water, electric or cable bill or a signed lease.  If you submit your Quick Form electronically, you can send a picture of your proof of residency along with the form.

Una vez que complete su Formulario Rápido, puede enviarlo por correo electrónico a rmorales5@saisd.net, enviarlo a la escuela con su estudiante o dejarlo en la oficina.
 

Para proporcionar prueba de residencia, requerimos una factura actual de agua, electricidad o cable o un contrato de arrendamiento firmado. Si envía su formulario rápido electrónicamente, puede enviar una foto de su comprobante de residencia junto con el formulario.
