Welcome to the Highlands High School web page for Mr. Broils.  I earned a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Arts Education from Fort Hays State University.  I am Texas Educator Certified in Life/Earth Science and Technology Education.  My first year with San Antonio I.S.D. was 1990 - 91 school year.  This is my fifteenth year at Highlands, and my twenty fourth year with San Antonio I.S.D.  For the 2019-2020 school year I will be teaching Engineering Design and Presentation 2, Robotics and Anatomy and Physiology .  My email is jbroils@saisd.net.  Please email me if you have questions.
