Welcome to the class web page for Noah Lipman.  Mr. Lipman is a retired trial attorney from New York City.  His courses include AP/Dual Credit US History, AP American Government & Politics, AP Macro Economics, Government and Economics.  Besides teaching at Highlands he is also a college professor and a consultant for College Board in the subjects of APUS History and AP American Government.  He continues to be a national mentor for teachers in College Board's APUS History and AP Government programs and a peer consultant/trainer for College Board's AP American Government program.  He is a past winner of College Board's National Teacher of the Year award and the Sloan Award for teaching economics by the Council for Economic Education.  He was the Highlands and SAISD Distinguished District Teacher of the year for 2021. He is an exam grader for the AP exams in APUS History and AP American Government and a national consultant for NMSI in the subjects of APUSH and AP Government.
